Tell us about yourself
After many years working as a cook and a chef, I wanted to be able to bring the food of my homeland to the States. I am motivated to continue by all the wonderful people around me, my family, my team, and my customers.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
This question is very difficult to answer -- there have been many great moments in my career. I think that the opportunity to continue sharing what I love is what I cherish the most.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things for me is to let people go; I want to see all of my employees succeed somehow.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
My best advice for anyone looking into the food business is to do all the research possible and have a good business plan, have enough backup capital, and never be afraid to ask for advice.
