What's your business, and who are your customers?

Attachment Nerd is a relationship-focused education and support resource for anyone wanting to deepen their relationships with their kids, their partners, or themselves.

Tell us about yourself

I am a licensed therapist and have been working with families, couples, and individuals for the past fifteen years. I found myself wanting to do more, reach more, and ultimately help prevent some of the pain and agony people are experiencing in the world.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I recently finished my manuscript for my first book, which will be out in 2024. And I gained almost 400,000 followers across my social media accounts in less than a year.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You don't get paid for time off!!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Follow your story. What is it that your life has led you to create?
Ignore the inner critic who makes you feel undeserving or inadequate.
Take daily steps towards your goals, and don't expect it to happen without some big disappointment along the way!
