Create Your Own Financial Stability - Atelier Latesha
Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in business development but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Latesha Lynch, Owner of Atelier Latesha, located in Marietta, GA, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am an organic multichannel marketing coach and video expert for high-ticket service providers and coaches. I provide coaching programs, a quarterly membership, courses, and resources to teach experts how to market their services and coaching programs with or without a marketing team.
Tell us about yourself
I had been working in corporate marketing for 14 years before I started my coaching business in 2020, teaching online service providers and coaches how to create high-ticket offers and attract leads who want to invest in access to learning that expertise or having the expert provide the service.
I am motivated to do what I do every day by every message from a client who has booked another speaking engagement, has a breakthrough moment where they realize their full potential or follow their true passion, or books a new client. Those celebrations tell me that what I'm doing not only works but is impacting the lives of my direct client, their families, and their own clients.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Since 2020, I have generated over $500,000 in revenue as a solo entrepreneur!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
I think one of the hardest things about being a business owner is understanding that businesses go through seasons. You have to work hard not to panic during the lowest of seasons, so you don't break your business, and you have to have gratitude and be present to celebrate the highest of seasons to stay grounded.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Spend just as much time building your own personal brand as you spend building a brand around your offers. So that even if you change your offers or your entire business, you'll have a fanbase of people ready and willing to follow you and support you.
- Create offers and a business model to align with the future you want to experience and the life you want to have rather than creating offers and conforming your life to fit the business that exists.
- Join a community of people who are both above and below your level of success and experience in their business. Entrepreneurship can feel lonely and isolating without a community of people around you who get it. The people who are trying to catch up to you will remind you of how far you've come, the people at your level will make you feel like you're not alone, and the people above you will inspire you to keep going and aim for better.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
My greatest goal is to create a space where I can provide entrepreneurs with ongoing access to ivy league level training and time-saving resources to help streamline and simplify their business marketing. I hope to spread the word about this goal and gain supporters for my mission as I build the Revolutionary Society.
