What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm the Co-Founder of Aseir Custom. We are a cosmeceutical peptides company that creates transformative products that solve age-related hair and skin problems for Men and Women. Our customers are any aging Man or Woman who desires to optimize their aging.

Tell us about yourself

I am a 3x international best-selling author, podcaster, and entrepreneur. We started Aseir to help Men and Women resist aging. Seeing the amazing reviews from our customers and understanding how our products are changing their lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've been blessed to create multiple businesses in my life but creating Aseir and seeing the transformative impact it has on so many people's lives really stands out.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

In the online e-commerce business, its manages cash flow month to month. The business is very cyclical, and there are months where sales are massive and then months where sales come to a grinding halt due to factors outside of the owner's control. One has to be adept at balancing the books.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. When starting out, live as lean as possible. Forego taking a salary from your business for as long as possible.
  2. Make sure you understand marketing for your business. Most business owners fail because they don't understand how to market their business effectively.
  3. Start the business with 3, 6, 12, and 3-year goals. If you don't have achievable goals from the outset, you'll never be focused or structured enough to hit them. Remember the adage, failing to plan is planning to fail.
