I am a serial entrepreneur that owns the following companies:

*Marburger Investment Group
*A2 Investment Group
*Alton Family Martial Arts
*Marburger Coaching & Development

I started my journey in business as a young boy delivering papers. I wanted to earn money to pay for my first car. I am motivated due to my relentless pursuit of personal growth, my faith in Christ, and my beautiful daughters, Ahnalee, Arabelle, and Astyn.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

That is a tough question for me to answer. I do not feel a sense of accomplishment, and I struggle with that. I was mentioned in Forbes recently and wrote a best-selling book, "YOU'RE THE F*CKING PROBLEM" It is a guide to getting out of your own way.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Time management and work/life balance are always a struggle for me. I have a hard time shutting work down.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. You are the brand. People buy from people. Brand yourself and share your story with the world.
  2. Be more urgent to serve than you are to sell. If you do this, you will sell much more.
  3. Stay the course. It is not going to be easy, but it's worth it.
