What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a small, off-grid ashram and school. Our customers are people from all walks of life looking to deepen their understanding of yoga and meditation in the tradition of Tantra.

We had a shared dream, and the more we immersed ourselves in the pursuit and fulfillment of this dream, the more motivated and inspired we became.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The establishment of our community. They are our biggest inspiration and encourage us to keep doing what we do.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Getting caught up in administration and needing help to do what you feel called to do.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Community is key.
  2. Have a financial plan.
  3. Stick to your values, and don't try to be like other people.
