I own and operate a behavioral health counseling firm. We provide counseling services to those that reside in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

I founded this practice to help people reach their full potential. The current state of the world motivates me to continue to provide high-quality services to those in need.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
As a business owner, my biggest accomplishment is employing others and creating a safe space for novice Clinicians to train.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
As a business owner, one of the hardest things is similar to my biggest accomplishment, and that is employing others. Employing others in a small business requires you to get to know them to ensure that they are a good fit for the brand, capable and willing to do the work, as well as committed to the mission.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The top 3 tips that I will give to people looking to start, run, and grow a business are:
