What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am an ADHD & Life Coach. In a nutshell, I work with teens, college students, and adults to identify what is working well in their lives and what areas need strengthening. I support my clients as they identify goals, build action plans, and develop systems to move them closer toward their goals.

Tell us about yourself

Just over five years ago, my world changed when I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Since then, I have immersed myself in learning as much about ADHD and my own diagnosis as possible. It has been through this journey that I have been inspired to help others through coaching. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of struggling learners and want to empower clients to believe in themselves.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Making a living doing something that I love and am passionate about.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The ebbs and flows of getting clients. Some months are fantastic, and then others are very difficult. You can't get too high or too low.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Believe in yourself.
  2. Find a niche that makes you stand out among your competitors.
  3. Learn from others that have been doing it for a long time.
