What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm an Intuitive Business Coach, Podcaster & Published Author. My mission is to help ambitious women entrepreneurs double their sales and increase their revenue without spending extra dollars on marketing or advertising. I believe every woman has the power to be financially free & be their own boss without burnout, stress, & overwhelm.

Tell us about yourself

My childhood inspired me to find a better way of living. My parents divorced when I was 15. I had to take on a lot of responsibility and grow up quickly. I took on two part-time jobs while going to school full-time to be able to help my mom with bills. I've seen her in the rat race, always being miserable and having difficulty making ends meet. I promised myself I would find a better way, a way where I get paid abundantly to do what I love. So that's what I did and what I help other women do.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is definitely leaving my 9-5 job in the middle of the pandemic to focus solely on my business. I've been able to fully replace my income, and I've helped women do the same.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

There are so many. Being a business owner means you're forever learning and growing. Everything you do is new, and when things are unfamiliar, it brings up feelings of perfectionism, impostor syndrome, or simply not being good enough. We are so afraid to "fail," but by doing, "failing," and getting back up, we learn and become better. So it's all about being able to focus on solutions, growth, and remembering our visions and why we started. Doing it afraid.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Double your efforts on what already works! Too often, we chase the shiny objects when in reality, we don’t need to reinvent the wheel and throw everything we’ve already been doing out the window. We simply need to find what already works and improve our processes.
    Look at the past clients you’ve worked with:
    -How did they find you?
    -Were they following you on Instagram or inside your Facebook group?
    -How did the conversation flow?
    -What made them sign up with you?
    -What did they sign up for?
    When you find commonalities between them, you hit the jackpot!
  2. It’s as simple as repeating what you’ve been doing but making it FUN & easy! I’m all about keeping things simple while having the time of my life doing it. The key is consistency.
  3. Create a path of least resistance for your clients to buy from you! The easiest way to do this is to create guarantees & create different offers for different points in their journey. It builds trust, shows confidence & reduces the perception of risk.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Deliver amazing value, be authentic, and show that you care. Know that no matter what happens on a sales call- if you were able to shift, tweak or change their perception about something, or give them a quick win or results, THAT in itself is powerful. They will feel that you actually care for them over anything else- and you never know what might come out of it. Maybe they’ll be a NO for now, but a YES later on. You just never know. This is the beauty and the magic of entrepreneurship. Start planting those seeds today!
