What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Life Coach and author. I work with women and help them clarify their goals, identify the obstacles holding them back, and give them strategies for overcoming each obstacle.

Tell us about yourself

I am a wife and mother of 4. I am also an author, speaker, podcaster, and confidence coach. After the death of my brother and son, I struggled with severe anxiety. It would take a cancer diagnosis years later for me to surrender all my fears. I am passionate about helping women get out of their comfort zones and be brave in all things. I encourage women globally with my featured articles in Darling Magazine, ThriveGlobal, Womenencouraged.com, and many more. Surrendering gave me courage in all areas of life, and I am grateful that I'll never be the same.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Serving others. There is nothing like getting an email from a client saying how much you have helped them.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Marketing through social media. I always encourage potential clients to book a discovery call so we can connect on a more personal level to find out if we're a good fit for each other.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Networking with like-minded people and business interests. Have good time management skills for business and life. Be brave and confident, and allow your best to be good enough.
