What's your business, and who are your customers?
Growth Only Coaching is led by active top-producing Loan Officers that facilitate positive change, both personally and professionally, for other Loan Officers through community, classroom, and coaching through accountability.
Tell us about yourself
I immigrated to the US from Iran at the age of 5 and personified the immigrant's story while also defying the traditional path of success through education. With English being my second language and barely graduating high school with a 1.7 GPA and no College Degree, I became a millionaire at 25, all while still living at home with my parents to save money. I am naturally driven and was molded to work as a young man, so it's part of "immigrant's fear" and part what having parents that are self-employed.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Dropping out of college at 21 and becoming the top telemarketer within the entire company, I am very proud of this feat, as very few people can pick up a phone and call people out of the blue to successfully convince them (ethically) to transact.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
No risk, no champagne. Becoming self-employed is the best move; you control your own destiny, but pick your risk. Working for a company: you are at the behest of your leadership and management team; they control your destiny (for the most part). Work for yourself (or like an owner): and all the control is in your power. I'd rather have the latter.
