Tell us about yourself
I first got started due to my health and wellness journey. Hungry for the knowledge, I started taking training and certifications to support myself and my family. It wasn't until I had a health coach that I realized health coaching was my true calling. From there, I researched how to become a health coach, took additional training, and began to build my practice to support people who have a need and drive for change but need support and accountability to get there. My clients and their life-changing ah-moments motivate me to continue every day. One change for clients doesn't only affect them. Still, it can have ripple effects throughout their family and inner circle. TALK ABOUT AN IMPACT!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Helping my clients make a measurable change in their daily lives, like losing 25 lbs to make fertility easier or understanding the correlation between automatic habits and our health to support lasting behavioral change.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The hardest part about being a business owner is knowing when to implement and enforce boundaries with yourself and your time. It is easy to work 24/7 on your own business and burn out without even realizing it is happening. Boundaries are so important for your wellbeing and that of your business!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Don't be afraid to ask for help from loved ones, a coach, or a mentor, and don't be scared to hire service (Virtual assistants and online business managers are life-changing)
- Take care of yourself (SELF CARE ISN'T SELFISH): make sure you put your self-care at the forefront of your business. After all, if you are sick, who will run your business?
- Put systems in place ASAP: Don't wait until you have X amount of revenue or Y amount of clients. Make it easier on yourself and automate as and where you can.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I offer group programs (My signature ACE Your Stress), 1:1 coaching, and Master Classes on stress management, nutrition, and mindfulness. to learn more about what I have to offer, book a clarity call today to learn how she can help you find your energy and tackle your health goals today.
