What's your business, and who are your customers?
A media company that provides an array of services, including investigations, editing, research, content, articles, videos, multimedia, interviews, and more for a diverse array of clients, including some of the largest and most influential publications in the United States and beyond.
Tell us about yourself
Started out by founding a college newspaper after becoming dissatisfied with all the local options for media. From there, we grew rapidly and now have become a major industry player. What motivates me each day is getting out the truth and serving the public by bringing them important and accurate information.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having far more work than we can handle and constantly striving to go above and beyond our client's expectations.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It is incredibly hard work.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be prepared to work hard and fail. Never give up. Focus on doing right by your clients and doing the right thing--the rest will take care of itself.
