What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in web design, SEO (search engine optimization), social media marketing, local SEO, and more. Our specialty is within the scope of healthcare, predominantly mental health, most often consisting of addiction treatment-related services (drug rehab, sober living/recovery housing, sober/life coaching, therapy practices, psychologists/psychiatrists, etc.).

Tell us about yourself

I began my journey in digital marketing in 2009 with a company by the name of Sober Nexus. I worked my way to Director of Operations. It was in 2015 that I broke away to start my own endeavor. My motivation each day is simple, at the minimum, provide the level of service and transparency that I would expect as the client. At the maximum, provide superior results while charging less than the competition.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We have reached the point where we now attract international clients as well.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Knowing when to manage, when to micromanage, and when to delegate.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  • First, know the industry inside and out.
  • Second, always remain at the forefront of changes and relevant technologies.
  • Third, no matter how great or successful you may get, always stay humble and teachable.
