What's your business, and who are your customers?

I own three businesses Jackson Square Company which is a recruiting agency. Rock My Resume, which is a resume company. I also own Grow BPO, with is a business process outsourcing company.

Tell us about yourself

I am an entrepreneur at heart, and I am always looking for new businesses, industries, and markets to get involved in. I love helping people and finding products and services that can do just that.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Helping thousands of people find a job.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Trying to juggle everything at once while maintaining employee morale and quality of service.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Make decisions quickly.
Prepare 364 days a year to be ready for the opportunity when it comes.
Find something you enjoy and build something around that.
