What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm the proud founder of The Striped Heart, a creative studio and production company that caters to businesses and artists in need of an artistic touch. Our customers are those seeking visually stunning branding and design, and I must say, we have a knack for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. We provide a full range of visual services, from logos and web design to music videos and large-scale film productions, all with the aim of inspiring artistry around the globe.

Tell us about yourself

Ah, where do I begin? I'm Ace Anderson, the Modern Renaissance Man, a true artistic chameleon with a background in acting, comedy, rapping, filmmaking, and graphic design. I first dipped my toes into this business after working as the lead graphic designer at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. What motivates me? The thrill of storytelling, the power of creativity, and the desire to revolutionize the way humans share their experiences. I'm driven by passion, artistry, health, and well-being, and I aim to be a living, breathing example of what it means to be an influential creator.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a multidisciplinary artist, there are three accomplishments that stand out. Firstly, I've had the pleasure of working alongside my lovely wife, Gabrielle Reyes, to launch OneGreatVegan, a health and wellness brand that combines colorful recipes with the joy of music and singing. Secondly, I've turned The Striped Heart into an internationally recognized production studio, helping clients reach artistically inclined demographics with stunning visuals. Finally, being known as a pioneer in the arts, and inspiring future generations of artists, makes my heart swell with joy.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Ah, the challenges! Juggling multiple creative projects, managing a team of talented individuals, and ensuring we consistently deliver the highest quality work to our clients. However, I firmly believe that the magic happens outside one's comfort zone, and those challenges are what keep us growing, evolving, and mastering the uniquely human art of storytelling.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Seek truth and the kingdom of God above all, and let your passion fuel your every move. That fire inside you, that spark of divinity, is what will propel you to greatness.
2. Surround yourself with a diverse, talented team. A well-rounded, skilled group of people you admire will push your business to new heights.
3. Adapt and evolve. The world is ever-changing, and your ability to pivot and adjust to new trends and technologies will determine your success in this fast-paced, competitive landscape.
