What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business helps other people achieve success in Tax Lien Property investing. My customers are people who are interested in investing in real estate to leave their 9 to 5.

Tell us about yourself

I started investing in 2002 as I became interested in real estate. The most motivating factor in my life is my kids and being able to spend time and make memories with them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Teaching over 50 people one-on-one how to invest with only their savings. No credit is required.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being consistent and persistent when times get hard.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Evaluate your mindset first.
2. Always have a plan and exit strategy.
3. Never give up because you don’t know who you are encouraging.
