I have a calling towards people, their stories, their goals, and their needs. Combined with a lifelong and growing emotional intelligence, the passion was there long before ABL launched in Jan 2020.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Making it happen and continuing forward every day is huge to me. Very proud of simply doing what I was called to do.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
You’re on your own, in my case. You have to ask for help, or you’re doing all the work and then some as your product, salesperson, and boss. It’s completely about what I put into it! Pressure, yes, but the flexibility to call the shots helps!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- START, even if it’s messy.
- Ask for help and support.
- Write down your biz goals every step of the way and follow a plan for the goals - make them DOABLE, then you can build from there.
