What's your business, and who are your customers?
Equipping human beings and leaders with behavioral skills for a modern world. My clients are leaders, start-up founders - any human being, team, or organization who wants to wake up and be more conscious.
Tell us about yourself
My mission statement is to be an exceptional partner to the human race and planet and to facilitate global awakening. I left a 20-year Wall Street career to follow my passion for human/leadership development. I am motivated by my mission statement.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Leaving a 20-year career to start my own business - 10+ years later, I am grateful for what I get to teach and who I get to be around. I am currently creating an online skills curriculum.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Funding, funding, funding.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Create your mission statement and stick to it - this will be your north star.
- Be unapologetic in cultivating your self-esteem.
- Surround yourself with people who will challenge you to live to your mission statement and commitments.
