Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Mohamed Bouraoui, co-founder of AB Crystal Collection, located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are in the business of emotions. Our Mission is to celebrate all emotions with customized gifts. Every human being is our customer. We have had the blessing of playing a role in the countless celebrations, holidays, and cherished memories of thousands of customers.

Tell us about yourself

Imagine waking up every day to celebrate holidays with thousands of people and not worrying about finances, a great choice. I made that choice with my partners eight years ago when we chose this business model. I like adding value every day to my people, partners, and customers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Taking care of our people in difficult times like the last two years. Growing the business in difficult times is not an easy thing to do.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Take the time to celebrate. Entrepreneurs live in the future and expect everyone around them to adapt, push and get to the next checkpoint in a changing roadmap. That's where the vision comes into place.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Set your vision, mission, and values in stone. The rest is "easy."
