What's your business, and who are your customers?
A&R University is an online community designed to help aspiring artists, A&Rs, music managers, music producers, and more take the next step in their careers. As an A&R University member, you will be able to attend weekly live sessions hosted by industry professionals, access tools and resources on the platform, and network with other like-minded people in the industry.

I am a leading female music executive behind superstars French Montana, BIA, Blac Youngsta, DDG, and more. I am the former VP of A&R at Epic Records, home to some of the biggest names in the music industry.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Garnering over 50 members and helping them get on the right track to a sustainable career in the music industry.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things is building a budget where I can offer the most value to members of my community.
