I've been working with websites for over 16 years. The biggest motivation is adding value to our clients. Not a day goes by without adding some sort of value to our customers' websites.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Making clients happy and having them say they appreciate our work.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Juggling my time. New clients need help with their websites, and existing clients also need help with their websites.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Solve an actual problem (not a new idea), create and document a system so that it can run on its own, and find a way to charge clients monthly.
