Tell us about yourself

After noticing a decline in athletic ability at age 35, Hami Mahani, the founder of 6AMRun.com, started running. His 6AM runs started after his family told him 6 PM was family dinner. He realized that there was no all-in-one nutrition that existed for energy and recovery. So, he started 6AMRun.com.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

To have reached and built a community of 100K+ runners. ALL of whom are engaged in our groups and more.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Honestly, for me, nothing. The hard work is REWARDED by our customer's daily victories in their own health goals.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find a problem YOU face daily and would be PASSIONATE in finding its fix/solution.
  2. Find the RIGHT people, partners, and team who believes in you.
  3. Failure is not final. It's just a lesson.
