What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are the #1 private beauty college in Dallas, Texas providing flexible and affordable education to help women become entrepreneurs in the beauty industry.

Tell us about yourself

Creating a school for working adults has been my dream for a long time. I envisioned an affordable, flexible, and innovative school for my students. At 3D school, we have many women who come to learn and grow in the beauty industry. Most of them are mothers or women who have left the corporate world to start a new career in beauty. Before I started my journey in the beauty industry, I worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 10 years. However, my passion for all things beauty was always there, so I decided to pursue Lashes and Permanent Make-up in 2017. And now, at 3D Lash & Brow, I get to share my knowledge, experience, and love for the Beauty Industry with all those who come to learn and grow with us.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I would say my biggest accomplishment is seeing women graduate and start their careers. That is the biggest reward!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I believe when you start a business, you think that everything will go a certain way but understand that no matter how hard you try. You have to accept that change is inevitable.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I would say to have a clear vision of what your heart truly desires and surrender your dreams to the Lord.
