What's your business, and who are your customers?
3Be Coaching is a small, mighty team of professional coaches who are also working parents. The courses, conversations, resources, and coaching we offer to allow working parents to create a new reality that reflects their values and family dynamic. Our clients are organizations that are passionate about finding solutions that support and enable working parents to organize work and family more effectively.
Tell us about yourself
Prior to my first child, I realized there were so many things my husband and I didn’t know. One of the biggest unknowns was ‘how are we going to juggle the demands of two careers and be the parents we want to be?’. My personal experience with trying to figure that out is what inspired me to create a coaching program for working parents. I love this work! Knowing that working with me is making the journeys of other parents a little smoother is all I need to get up and do the work each day!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The coaches at 3Be Coaching have made a difference in the lives of hundreds of working parents. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to keeping your work and life in harmony. Through working with our coaches, working parents are inspired to create work and life success that works for their personal situation.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Doing it alone! It is critical to business success to find a network of entrepreneurs who you trust, who believe in you, and with whom you want to collaborate and learn.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Know your why!
- Stay focused on that why…there will be a lot of shiny objects to distract you from doing what you are truly meant to do.
- Celebrate all the wins…big and little! The little wins come more often and will keep you motivated as you generate big wins!
