What's your business, and who are your customers?

I lead a group coaching program called Quantum Shift Accelerator which is designed to shift your reality in 3 months from the inside out on a deep blueprint level. Those who are fed up with their current reality and want to permanently shift their lives into a state of abundance, flow, and purpose will find this 12-week program life-transforming.

Tell us about yourself

I wasn't looking to start a coaching business or become a coach at all! My business grew organically from my social media posts as people started coming into my DM's asking if I could coach them. When I saw how effective my methods were, the group coaching aspect of my business grew organically and became a natural consequence of the work I was already doing with clients. Seeing people's lives change in deep, meaningful ways keeps me motivated and loving what I do. It never gets old, seeing how much people can shift!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Being able to reach tens of thousands of people through my short-form messages on social media is one of the reasons I'm able to do what I do.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Surrendering to the flow of business and understanding that it's not a linear process.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Be willing to invest in your business the way you would a certification or a degree.
2. Be ready to pivot and stay open-minded to new ideas or new possibilities.
3. Growing a business is not a linear process, so don't expect it to be! Allow yourself room to pause, shift, and evolve.
